Currently, as of the last census there are a total of 855 residents. With 256 households, and 207 families in total. The population density is 1,974 people per sq mile.

The median income per household in the city is $49,688, and the median income per family is $52,344. Leaving the per capita income at $16,745. Only about 5% of families are below the poverty line.

Currently all children go to the Yamhill Carlton School District.

As far as real estate this area is all country, very little modernized homes. Most are at least 20yrs old, but every 6 months you see a few newer homes come on the market. Usually higher-end luxury homes.
