I have found my niche in Real Estate and have been working in the industry since 2004, assisting both buyers and sellers with their Real Estate needs. I enjoy all aspects of the job and work with all types of clients from first time home buyers to experienced investors, contractors, and sellers.
My business is run by referral and I strive to run my business in such a way that my clients will refer all of their friends and family to me. Working by referral allows me to focus more time and energy on my current clients and their needs as I am not having to pound the pavement to find more clients. Above all else, I continually challenge myself to find what works and continue earning referral business from my solid reputation in Albany, Corvallis, Lebanon, Salem and Philomath as a provider of personalized, helpful and professional real estate service. It is important to me to listen carefully and never rush a client. Sometimes it may appear that options have run out, but that is rarely the case. The key is to think about what else is possible given all the variables while focusing on getting the job done right for a valued client.
I graduated with a BS in both Accounting and Finance. Prior to my career in Real Estate, I worked in the financial industry for over 15 years, in both the banking industry and as a Cost Accountant. I also worked as a QA Analyst for a company that writes software for financial institutions. The skills and experience that I acquired during this time enable me to assist my clients as they navigate the often confusing financial aspects of a home sale or purchase. I also learned how to become a skilled problem solver and negotiator.
I believe that as a professional in the community it is vital for us to be involved in the local area. We support and partner with the local CASA organizations, as well as the Susan G Komen Foundation, local youth and adult sports, among other non-profits.
