‘Hello, May I tell you about who I am. I grew up on farms and ranches in the Umpqua Valley. In the early 90’s I moved to the Willamette Valley.  I have (2) children and (4) grandchildren.  My spare time for enjoyment includes gardening, cooking and traveling.  

I started my Real Estate career in 1991 in Roseburg Oregon. What a wonderful career it is! I have enjoyed many people from all walks of life that have come across my path in the last 26 years. I have sold real estate in down markets, and in up markets, this gives me a good prospective as why it happens. I believe this is among others things, is what sets me apart from other brokers. This allows me to better help my clients navigate the more complex world of real estate.

Additionally, I am educated about new law and regulations, every year changes or new ones are enacted. To protect the public many regulations have been passed over the years. The many hours of education about these changes include finance, zoning, laws and more. My continued education has helped me to be knowledgeable about many of the pitfalls that can cause problems down the road. My job description has not changed and it still is to protect the interest of my clients at all times.

With the help of the internet the real estate business has seen many changes to the real estate world.  Whether you are looking to buy or sell you have access to a worldwide information at your fingertips. Over the many years I have sold farms, ranches, new construction and many existing homes. I know from selling and purchasing several homes for myself, I can relate and know how stressful it can be.  Past clients have returned to me many times to help them purchase another home, or sell their existing home. This lets me know that they have full confidence and trust in my honesty and integrity.
